Built for Indian schools

Run the whole school from one student record.

Admissions, attendance, timetables, exams, fees, library and transport in a single system — instead of four spreadsheets that disagree with each other.

Role-based access Audit trail on changes Your data stays yours

Each school is isolated

The platform is multi-tenant by design. One institution’s records are never reachable from another’s session.

Access is granted by role

A class teacher, a fee clerk and a principal see different slices of the same system. Permissions are assigned, not assumed.

Changes are logged

An audit record is kept when data is changed, so a school can answer who edited a mark or a fee entry, and when.

The school owns its data

We hold records as a processor on the institution’s instructions. Export on request, deletion on exit — never used for advertising or model training.

Modules

One system, not eleven subscriptions

Every module writes to the same student record, so attendance, fees and results are talking about the same child rather than three different rows.

Admissions

Track every enquiry from first contact through follow-up to enrolment, so no prospective family goes cold in a register.

Attendance

Period or day-wise marking, corrections that leave an audit trail, leave requests with an approval chain, and automatic term summaries.

Timetable

Periods, slots and sections — plus substitutions, so covering an absent teacher takes a minute instead of a staffroom notice board.

Examinations

Exam schedules, mark entry and consolidated results that roll up by student, section and subject.

Online assessments

A reusable question bank, timed attempts, per-question evaluation feedback and result summaries.

Homework & diary

Set work by class and subject, collect submissions, and keep a digital diary parents can actually find.

Fees & finance

Fee structures by class and head, collection against them, and a payment history that reconciles at term end.

Library

Full catalogue down to rack and shelf, per-copy tracking, borrowing policies, issues, returns and fines.

Transport

Routes and stops mapped to the students who use them, so a route change is not a phone tree.

Cafeteria & inventory

Menus by day alongside a register of school assets, stock and consumables.

Staff & HR

Teacher records, subject mapping, staff files, teacher attendance and leave in the same system as everything else.

Announcements

Notices targeted at the classes, sections or staff groups they concern, instead of a message to everyone.

Also included: resource rooms and bookings, curriculum resources, holidays and the academic calendar, infirmary notes, helpdesk and analytics. See the full list →

A day in the school

Software gets judged on the screens people open fifty times a day

So those are the ones we optimised. Each role sees the slice of the system it needs, and nothing it does not.

Class teacher

Marks attendance between periods

  • Opens today’s session and marks the section in one screen
  • Files a correction later, with the change recorded against their name
  • Sets homework and sees who has submitted
  • Checks their timetable, and any substitution they have been given
Accounts

Reconciles a term of collections

  • Sees the fee structure for each class and head
  • Records payments against the right student and head
  • Pulls what has been collected and what is outstanding
  • Keeps a payment history that survives an audit
Principal

Wants one number, not four

  • Attendance, fees, results and admissions from one dashboard
  • Drills from a section summary down to an individual record
  • Sees who changed what, and when, through the audit log
  • Grants and revokes staff access by role
Parents & students

Stop chasing the school office

  • Attendance, homework, results and fee status in a portal
  • Announcements that concern their class, not all of them
  • No third-party advertising or tracking inside the portal
  • Access controlled by the school, revocable at any time

Security & data protection

A school holds children’s records. That changes the standard.

Student data is not ordinary customer data, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 treats it that way. Here is how the platform is built around that.

Questions

The things schools ask us first

Who owns the data in the system?

The institution does. We hold student, parent and staff records as a data processor, acting on the school’s documented instructions — we are not the Data Fiduciary for them. A school can export its records at any time, and we delete them when a subscription ends. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Is student data ever used for advertising?

No. There is no third-party advertising anywhere inside the authenticated platform, and no student, parent or staff data is ever shared with an advertising network. Section 9 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 prohibits targeted advertising directed at children, and the product is built around that rather than at the edge of it.

Can different staff be restricted to different records?

Yes — that is the default rather than an add-on. Access is granted per role, so a transport coordinator does not see fee ledgers and a fee clerk does not see medical notes. Every access and change is recorded in an audit log the school can review.

How is it priced?

Pricing is quoted per institution, based on student numbers and the modules you need, so a 300-student school is not asked to pay like a 3,000-student one. Book a demo and we will scope it against your actual roll.

See it running against your own school

Thirty minutes, your classes and your fee structure — not a canned demo. If it is a poor fit for how you work, we would rather tell you than sell you.
