Admissions
Track every enquiry from first contact through follow-up to enrolment, so no prospective family goes cold in a register.
Admissions, attendance, timetables, exams, fees, library and transport in a single system — instead of four spreadsheets that disagree with each other.
The platform is multi-tenant by design. One institution’s records are never reachable from another’s session.
A class teacher, a fee clerk and a principal see different slices of the same system. Permissions are assigned, not assumed.
An audit record is kept when data is changed, so a school can answer who edited a mark or a fee entry, and when.
We hold records as a processor on the institution’s instructions. Export on request, deletion on exit — never used for advertising or model training.
Modules
Every module writes to the same student record, so attendance, fees and results are talking about the same child rather than three different rows.
Track every enquiry from first contact through follow-up to enrolment, so no prospective family goes cold in a register.
Period or day-wise marking, corrections that leave an audit trail, leave requests with an approval chain, and automatic term summaries.
Periods, slots and sections — plus substitutions, so covering an absent teacher takes a minute instead of a staffroom notice board.
Exam schedules, mark entry and consolidated results that roll up by student, section and subject.
A reusable question bank, timed attempts, per-question evaluation feedback and result summaries.
Set work by class and subject, collect submissions, and keep a digital diary parents can actually find.
Fee structures by class and head, collection against them, and a payment history that reconciles at term end.
Full catalogue down to rack and shelf, per-copy tracking, borrowing policies, issues, returns and fines.
Routes and stops mapped to the students who use them, so a route change is not a phone tree.
Menus by day alongside a register of school assets, stock and consumables.
Teacher records, subject mapping, staff files, teacher attendance and leave in the same system as everything else.
Notices targeted at the classes, sections or staff groups they concern, instead of a message to everyone.
Also included: resource rooms and bookings, curriculum resources, holidays and the academic calendar, infirmary notes, helpdesk and analytics. See the full list →
A day in the school
So those are the ones we optimised. Each role sees the slice of the system it needs, and nothing it does not.
Security & data protection
Student data is not ordinary customer data, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 treats it that way. Here is how the platform is built around that.

Questions
The institution does. We hold student, parent and staff records as a data processor, acting on the school’s documented instructions — we are not the Data Fiduciary for them. A school can export its records at any time, and we delete them when a subscription ends. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
No. There is no third-party advertising anywhere inside the authenticated platform, and no student, parent or staff data is ever shared with an advertising network. Section 9 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 prohibits targeted advertising directed at children, and the product is built around that rather than at the edge of it.
Yes — that is the default rather than an add-on. Access is granted per role, so a transport coordinator does not see fee ledgers and a fee clerk does not see medical notes. Every access and change is recorded in an audit log the school can review.
Pricing is quoted per institution, based on student numbers and the modules you need, so a 300-student school is not asked to pay like a 3,000-student one. Book a demo and we will scope it against your actual roll.
Thirty minutes, your classes and your fee structure — not a canned demo. If it is a poor fit for how you work, we would rather tell you than sell you.
